01. About this policy
This policy describes information handling by ViewzoomLtd (listed as Viewzoom on Google Play and Viewzoom Atelier on the App Store, “we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with www.viewzoom.ltd and Turbo Adrenaline. Contact us at support@viewzoom.ltd with privacy questions or requests.
02. Information we process
Account and cloud saves. Turbo Adrenaline supports player accounts and cloud saving. We process account identifiers, sign-in information supplied by your chosen login method, and game progress linked to your account to authenticate you and synchronize saves. Depending on your sign-in method, this may include an email address or profile name. We do not ask you to send your password to support.
Support. When you contact us, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and information you provide, such as a player ID, device details, or purchase reference.
Website. Hosting servers may process IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and timestamps for page delivery and security. This static website does not embed advertising or analytics SDKs and does not set non-essential cookies.
03. AdMob, Firebase and app stores
AdMob. The Game uses Google AdMob to display ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), advertising or device identifiers, ad interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Data handling varies with SDK version, consent, age settings, and configuration. Non-personalized ads may still involve technical data processing.
Firebase. The Game uses Google Firebase services. Data processed depends on the enabled features and can include installation identifiers, device and app information, usage events, or crash diagnostics where analytics or crash reporting is enabled. Account and cloud-save information is processed by the services used to provide those features. We use this information to operate the Game, maintain reliability, and improve the player experience; enabling Firebase does not mean every Firebase product is used.
Google Play and the App Store. Turbo Adrenaline is available on Google Play for Android and on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Downloads and store payments are processed by Google or Apple, depending on your platform, under their own terms and privacy policies. We may process purchase references and entitlement information to deliver purchased content or resolve purchase issues; we do not receive your full payment card details.

Where required, ad personalization and other non-essential processing depend on your consent. You can manage available privacy choices in the Game and advertising ID controls in Android settings. On iPhone and iPad, you can review app tracking permissions in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Where Apple requires App Tracking Transparency permission, tracking is subject to that permission; this does not imply that every iOS version or feature performs tracking. Platform-specific SDK behavior and available privacy choices may differ.
04. Purposes and legal grounds
We use account and cloud-save data to authenticate players, synchronize progress, and provide requested game services; purchase references to validate entitlements; support messages to respond to requests; and technical information to maintain security and reliability. Advertising data supports ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Usage or diagnostic information, where enabled, helps understand performance and improve the Game.
Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of the agreement for requested game services, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service improvement where these are not overridden by your rights, and consent for processing that requires it, including applicable personalized advertising or analytics. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
05. Recipients and international processing
Google receives information through AdMob and the Firebase services used by the Game. Hosting, account, cloud storage, and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Depending on the service, Google may process information on our behalf or under its own privacy terms. Advertising data may also be processed by advertising partners involved in serving an ad. We do not make support messages available for advertising.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, to professional advisers, or in a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. Advertising disclosures may qualify as “sharing” or a “sale” under some privacy laws even without payment for the data; any applicable opt-out rights remain available.
Providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, international transfers use recognized legal safeguards, such as applicable contractual protections. Contact us for details about your data and available safeguards.
06. Retention and security
Account and cloud-save records are retained while needed to provide your account and saved progress, and are removed following a verified deletion request unless a limited legal or security reason requires retention. Support correspondence is retained for the inquiry and related operational or legal needs. Advertising and diagnostic data retention also depends on the provider and service configuration. Contact us for the retention information applicable to your account or request.
We use reasonable access controls and security measures appropriate to the information. No system is completely secure. Residual backups may persist for their normal replacement cycle and should not be returned to active use after deletion except where legally required.
07. Your rights and account deletion
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, withdraw consent, and opt out of processing covered by relevant privacy laws without unlawful discrimination. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Delete your account and cloud saves: email support@viewzoom.ltd with the subject “Turbo Adrenaline account deletion.” Provide your player ID or account email, and tell us whether you want the entire account and associated cloud saves deleted or only specific information removed. Never send your password. You can make this request without reinstalling the Game.
We may verify account ownership before acting. Following verification, we will delete the account and associated cloud-save data we control, subject to legally permitted retention for matters such as fraud prevention, disputes, or legal records, and explain any exceptions. We respond within applicable legal deadlines. Deletion can permanently remove progress and account access. Uninstalling alone does not delete a cloud account. Google, Apple, or another independent provider may retain records under its own obligations; contact them for independent records.
08. Children and family choices
Parents and guardians should supervise account use and purchases and review platform parental controls. We do not knowingly use personal information for personalized advertising to children where prohibited. When parental permission or age-appropriate processing is required, the applicable requirements must be met before processing. A store content rating alone does not establish an age of consent.
If you believe a child has supplied personal information without required permission, contact us at support@viewzoom.ltd so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
09. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when services or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where legally required, material changes will be communicated separately and consent sought before new processing begins.
