01. Agreement and scope
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and ViewzoomLtd (also known as Viewzoom, “we,” “us,” or “our”) and applies to Turbo Adrenaline, including its updates and associated game content (“the Game”). Please read it before installing or using the Game. If you do not agree, do not install or use it. Any rights to a refund are governed by applicable law and the store’s procedures.
If you cannot legally enter into this agreement, your parent or legal guardian must accept it where required. The Terms of Use apply to related services and the Privacy Policy explains information handling.
02. Your license
Subject to this EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game on compatible devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with applicable store rules. The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted remain with us or our licensors.
03. License restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits, you must not:
- Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Game or its assets without permission.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain its source code, except to the extent a legal exception applies.
- Circumvent purchase verification or technical protection measures, or use cheats or modified clients to exploit the Game.
- Disrupt services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Game for unlawful purposes.
- Remove ownership notices or infringe intellectual property or other rights.
04. Virtual items and payments
The Game may offer optional purchases of virtual items, content, or features. Purchase details and prices are displayed through the store or in the Game. Purchases grant a license to the described digital content; they do not give ownership of the Game or any underlying intellectual property.
Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside features expressly supported by the Game. Statutory rights and store refund rules apply. We will respect applicable consumer rights if purchased content changes or becomes unavailable. Do not assume purchases or progress transfer between devices, accounts, or platforms unless expressly supported.
05. Updates and availability
Updates may be required for compatibility, security, or continued access to supported features. Content and features may change over time. We do not guarantee that every version will remain available indefinitely or work on every device. Material changes to paid content or service discontinuation will be handled in accordance with applicable law, including notice and remedies where required.
You are responsible for maintaining a compatible device and any necessary connectivity. Data charges may apply. Local progress may be lost if you uninstall the Game or clear its data unless an explicit backup feature applies.
06. Ownership and third parties
The Game and its software, art, audio, designs, and other content are owned by ViewzoomLtd or its licensors. Third-party components remain subject to their applicable licenses and notices. Google Play and the App Store are independently operated distribution platforms. Their respective terms govern your use of each store and its purchase services.
07. Termination
You may end this license by stopping use and uninstalling the Game. We may suspend or terminate the license for a material breach, subject to any legally required notice and opportunity to remedy it. Restrictions should be proportionate to the breach. On termination, stop using the Game and remove your copies. Termination does not remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be taken away, including applicable rights relating to purchases.
08. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without additional promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation. No exclusion or limitation applies where prohibited by law. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain in effect.
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your available remedies under applicable law are preserved.
09. Applicable law and revisions
Mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable to you remain unaffected. You may bring disputes before a court or consumer body with jurisdiction under applicable law. Please contact us first if you would like help resolving an issue. This EULA does not impose mandatory arbitration.
We may revise this EULA for future use or updates and will provide notice and obtain agreement where legally required. Revisions do not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply where permitted.

For Game support or licensing questions, contact support@viewzoom.ltd. Include the Game name, device model, version, and a description of the problem. Do not include passwords or full payment details.
